The Business
Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) is an ~$8B USD strategic business group (SBG) for Honeywell International Inc. Each year, we keep over half a billion workers safer and more productive with voice-enabled software, barcode scanners, mobile computers and protective equipment. SPS is one of 5 SBG’s for Honeywell in it’s global portfolio of products and SPS itself has 5 distinct lines of business: Intelligrated, Personal Protective Equipment, Productivity Solutions and Services, Advanced Sensing Solutions, and Gas Analysis and Safety.
The
Role
This role has the responsibility for the entire integrated supply chain to include sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP), for driving efficient production with focus on improving first pass quality and delivery, leading supply chain transformation efforts across all functions, building strong relationships with the commercial leaders of the business and continue to add credibility and value to internal and external customers, and determining the strategic direction of the functions to develop a robust plan in which these objectives will be achieved.
Develop and execute strategies for increased customer satisfaction, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, working capital management, and to effectively introduce new products/processes for growth.
Propose investment to maintain manufacturing effectiveness, drive quality and productivity
The Day to Day
- Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership team in SPS & Honeywell ISC Team
- Delivers significant results, driving execution through a robust and inclusive Management Operating System.
- Lead talent development initiatives including Honeywell Performance Development (HPD) and Management Resource
- Review (MRR). Ensure employee satisfaction and safety.
- Recognize the efforts of the team, continually develop people and make the "team" the customer's best known/best valued asset.
