The successful candidate will be scheduling installations, service escalations and quality assurance inspections for our field team, for a utility demand response (DR) program. Excellent customer service aptitude and telephone experience/skills are a must. You must be able to read map software and schedule the appointments efficiently, to minimize inspector travel time. You’ll need proficiency in Office software and need to be self-motivated; able to work independently, meet deadlines and commitments.
· Able to work 100% remote, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm
