Responsible for timely and accurate processing of project related administrative tasks, relative to the installation of building automation systems in retail construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers a great customer experience with Novar offerings.
- Assists project team in troubleshooting and finding solutions to unforeseen issues.
- Communicates with stakeholders, and team members on project status; including progress, risk and issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
- Provides professional communication to customers and contractors in regards to project bids.
- Creation of projects and sales orders in ERP system [SAP] from Sales estimate and proposal.
- Order, track and expedite factory and purchased material.
- Preparation of Subcontractor information packages.
- Work seamlessly with assigned Project Manager(s) and Sales staff.
- Assembles final job documentation packages to customers.
- Manages invoicing in ERP system.
- Process lien waivers, tax discrepancies, credits, sales order adjustments.
