We have an opportunity for Director, Adsorbent Business Growth Initiatives to join Honeywell UOP during an exciting time of transformation for the adsorbent business. This position will lead growth strategy deployment and execution for the UOP Adsorbent business with focus on NPI, Adjacencies and Regions for non-Oil and Gas as well as petrochemical, and gas processing industries.
The Adsorbent business is a key growth engine for Honeywell UOP as we expand our footprint in existing markets and expand into new applications and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Honeywell UOP’s adsorbent business growth strategy deployment to drive growth across all business lines
- Accelerate NPI commercialization
- Identify and develop plans to grow sales across multiple applications in high growth regions
- Execute sales strategies for entering adjacent and new markets as identified
- Cultivate relationships with key customers/markets to enable rapid strategy implementation
- Identify high growth and profit pools segments for adjacent market entry along with go to market and execution plans from NPI through commercialization and sales go to market
- Ability to quickly discern market and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
