We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly accomplished, motivated and driven individual to join us as a Director in our Corporate Treasury team. Principal Accountabilities
- Risk Management – aggregate exposures and astutely analyze geopolitical and macroeconomic trends to recommend and execute effective foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity hedging strategies
- Capital Markets and Liquidity Management – support management and analysis of global operating and investment cash balances, and long and short-term debt portfolios in USD and EUR markets in order to balance liquidity risk, net interest expense, and support debt and equity capital markets offerings, including in the context of M&A and/or spin-off transactions, while remaining compliant with investment policies
- Relationship Management – maintain and develop strong relationships with banking and trading counterparties
- Talent Development – Foster knowledge transfer and develop word class Treasury talent while promoting a strong performance culture and achieving best in class results
- Technology – ensure capital markets and hedging transactions are properly recorded in Quantum treasury management system and evaluate opportunities to maintain or upgrade Treasury technology software
