Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for scheduling all work through the area and executing to the planned schedule
· Assess customer report requirements and flow down to Engineering functions
· Coordinates/interfaces with program personnel, such as, Project Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Contracts, Shipping, Software, and Configuration & Data Management
· Identifies, processes, records, maintains, retrieves, and compiles contractual data for submittal to the customer in accordance with contractual requirements
· May support pre-ship reviews and drive closure of action items as required
· Plans, organizes, and participates in program meetings and audits
· Maintains positive supplier and customer relationships through open communication and regular interaction
· Plan complex travel
· Process expense reports and invoices
· Manage supplies and other indirect purchases
· Creation and update of BOM and “As Built” parts lists
· Coordinate drawing updates, reviews, signatures, and release processes
· Obtain and analyze drawings/blueprints, specifications, other technical source data
· Prepares status reports for assigned programs
· Generate continuous improvement ideas for all data management activities
