The Corporate Business Analysis and Planning (BAP) Manager will have the opportunity to understand the business and financial landscape of Honeywell. This high visibility role will be a team member executing and supporting key finance initiatives including Honeywell’s forecasting and planning process and related analysis and presentations, as well as finance training programs and other projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a meaningful role in Honeywell’s global planning and forecasting process including the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Short Range Outlook processes by coordinating with business and functional Finance leads, creating financial models and preparing materials for senior leadership
- Lead and support in-depth financial, trending analysis, and variances for key business drivers and KPI metrics. Interpret results and articulate impactful recommendations to position Honeywell to meet its growth strategy and profitability goals
- Prepare and provide analyses and information for presentations for the Honeywell CEO and CFO (e.g. Board of Directors, Executive Leadership and other meetings)
- Develop and drive continuous improvement in financial models and metric reporting
- Partner with business and functional Finance leads to analyze financial results
- Partner with Investor Relations and Controllership on month-end close and quarterly earnings release
- Develop Finance training materials and content to educate various levels of finance and non-finance colleagues
- May also include managing executive compensation financial model, support target setting process and track achievement for current compensation plans
