In this role, you will be responsible to provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers in support the Sonic Nozzle Auto Prover (SNAP) product, the standard for gas meter accuracy within Honeywell’s Smart Energy business. You will work closely with the Field Service Manager and the Head of Metrology to support our customer base and factory environments to include ensuring proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You will provide professional coverage for the field service aspects of the SNAP that includes driving timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will use your influence to expedite complicated cases and resolve customer issues.
