This HR Manager role supports the $3B and 8,500 global employee business of Honeywell Building Solutions. The Manager will support overall transformational projects, organizational design, restructurings, and HR excellence. This role reports to VP HR for Honeywell Building Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Business leaders on Hands-on and highly impactful large scale HR project management
- Supports dedicated business groups and functions, part of the HBS portfolio
- Transformational global HR projects – lead, follow up and sponsor initiatives and projects that aim to transform the essence of the business and the related HR policies and practices
- HR reporting and analytics
- Evaluate gaps from HR metrics and lead a collective team to recommend and drive strategies focusing on the priority needs for the business
- Support change management strategies for the business regarding various people focused initiatives
