As a Lead Automation & Controls Service Technician you will maintain equipment, respond to and resolve service calls, and provide technical support/ troubleshooting for Honeywell customers. The products serviced include large commercial HVAC automation and controls systems and the computer networks associated with these systems. Additional responsibilities include the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and material work, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on building automation systems
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Inspect for Quality
- Install or Repair Work Orders
- Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations
- Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives
- Ability to estimate & quote small service jobs.
- Follow/ uphold all safety standards.
- Ability to pass a security background investigation and obtain DOE L clearance
