As Lead Customer Experience (CX) & Technical Operations Program Specialist – eCommerce, you will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of an eCommerce Marketplace site and support enhancements and related projects. You will liaise between program management, development teams, and other internal teams while having significant customer/partner engagement. You will monitor project progress and identify project issues, working with program managers, vendors, and customers and deploying resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative management of the eCommerce marketplace, as well as all technical aspects of the site
- Manage project planning, including budgets and schedules, and prepare reports
- Provide customer/partner support
- Manage development process and resources, both internal and external
- Manage compliance activities with internal teams
- Implement and manage an SEO strategy
- Regularly analyze and perform site optimization activities
