This position is in the Engineering Test Systems Vacuum Lab. The position provides technical, project, and process support for engineering, test and ISC production. A successful candidate will be responsible for performing leak tests for various products, vacuum system assembly, permeation testing, production gas testing, CTE testing, and additional tasks supporting production and engineering projects. They will also be responsible for designing and developing test procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and analyze data.
· Make a determination of failure mode, update databases and present test methodology as required.
· Implementing lab processes for equipment: scheduling, tracking, maintenance, calibration, and repair.
· Support common lab practices.
· Identify & recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
· Actively participate in Lab team goals and HOS activities
· Assure compliance with established ETS processes.
· Support Engineering Test Services (ETS) productivity improvement initiatives.
· Support Integrated Supply Chain factory processes
