Implement material planning, production planning, inventory control, and stores functions within Honeywell HBT, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for material planning related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality.
Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Solve material related problems
- Ensure timely material ordering
- Engineering Change Requests
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
- Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
- Provide data and analysis
- Escalate shortages and potential shortages
- Open Order Report-Action review
- Shortage/Expediting to Buyer
- Review and learn new HON Rapid Response system
