The Honeywell Program Manager oversees demand response and energy efficiency utility programs. Our team members work in a dynamic fast paced environment and are supportive, proactive, and committed to achieving team goals. Successful candidate will be required to pass a company background check and a separate client required background prior to the start date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the program implementation of specific energy efficiency products
- Achieve program goals tied directly to customer enrollments and energy savings
- Supervise office and field teams located across the client’s service territories
- Overall financial profit & loss responsibility
- Analyze data to drive improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Manage client expectations and day to day communications
- Deliver standard reports accurately and on-time
- Manage with internal teams, customers, and contractors to resolve customer and rebate issues
- Be coachable to become an expert in specific fields in energy efficiency as required by our utility projects
- Be able to perform performance reviews and develop internal staff
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Follow work safety procedures while working in and around customer homes.
- Organize and document daily activity for communication to program management.
- Control field related costs such as phone use, mileage, and time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision is essential
- Participate in meetings and conference calls as required
- Ability to occasionally work outside of traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Travel – Less than 10%
