We are seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer for our Quantinuum business based out of Minneapolis, MN. This role reports directly to the Sr. ISC Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating facilities projects, maintaining preventive maintenance schedule and co-leading execution of buildout projects within Quantinuum while ensuring projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Sr Facilities Engineer is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding specific facilities projects, its execution, key deliverables, and concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Coordinate and tracks progress on a portfolio of facilities projects, such as equipment installations and space rearrangement
- Track facilities utilization, utilities, and conditions in support of factory and office operations
- Manage portfolio of footprint expansion projects (>$5M) through the planning, design, construction, and occupancy phase
- Be primarily leader for an on-site vendor management process
- Co-lead facilities work order management system to ensure actions are completed on time and per scope
- Partner with HSE to manage on site HSE protocols and policies
- Maintaining our PM schedule and ensuring items are in the work order system
- Coordinate and understand needs of IT, HSE, Security, Operations, and business groups in the context of facilities management
