Quantinuum is seeking a Senior Product Manager- New Product Launch in Broomfield, CO and Golden Valley, MN locations to join the Offering Management team working to build best-in-class quantum computer offerings that our customers will love and work for our business. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
The NPD Launch manager will leverage their deep, specialized technical skills, superior communication and organization skills, attention-to-detail, and integrative thinking to work shoulder-to-shoulder with product development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee and spearhead efforts of introducing new hardware-centric products to the market for both internal stakeholders and external customers. We are looking for self-motivated, independently thinking individuals who are eager to help us drive a high level of growth and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and set objectives for new product development of next generation quantum hardware solutions representing the market needs and market trends, backed by voice-of-customer analysis.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, maintain, and communicate product launch plan for any new products or major product upgrades
- ‘Run the plan’ by looking broadly across the organization to track key dates and dependencies across functions and stakeholders
- Understand stakeholder pain-points and explore solutions to alleviate
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigate risks to enable a flawless release; anticipate issues and provide escalation management through product launch cycle
- Work with business development and marketing team to help prepare key marketing documents prior to release
- Work with engineering leaders to set strategies for partnerships and collaborations that can shape future products.
- Drive quality control processes such as standard work, RCCA, FMEAs, and continuous improvement to reduce risks in product launch and improve future launches.
- As a leader, work collaboratively and generously with all cross-functional teams
- Contribute-to and improve product roadmaps, driven by deep knowledge and alignment with customer and market needs.
- Be an advocate and voice for the customer, both internally and externally
- Help where help is needed, being willing to step in and help on all projects that impact products.
