This fast paced and broad financial role will support financial planning and forecasting, assist in the month-end close cycle and partner extensively with cross functional teams including ISC, R&D, Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing functions. Additionally, this role will have significant interaction with PPE Leadership. The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the FP&A Leader of PPE and be based in our PPE headquarter in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key functions to drive cost efficiencies and ensure spend is aligned to strategic priorities.
- Own and manage G&A spend budget in partnership with functional leaders
- Support development AOP, forecasts & SRO (Short Range Outlook)
- Participate in a variety of special projects and analysis (Orders runrate and conversion, Sales Analytics, Pricing, NPI Analysis & Reporting)
- Month/quarter end close cycle and variance analysis
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentations for business leaders
- Involved in all facets of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow management for the business
