Lead an organization of managers, professionals and operators who support the manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead some of the world's most talented manufacturing organizations. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell production facilities. Through your leadership of cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a senior manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving world-class safety, productivity, and quality culture
- Developing Workflow Specialists and Supervisors of individual contributors
- Lead productivity improvement projects & drive culture of continuous improvement throughout the site
- Develop operations strategy & cost improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure practices and processes are robust and measured
- Owns talent and performance management process
- Resource management in a dynamic environment
- Coordinate with the maintenance and facilities team to ensure plant maintenance program execution
