ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
New Hire Engagement - Day 1
New hire orientation presentation
I-9 administration
New hire HR trainings (Code of Conduct, Sexual Harassment Prevention, etc.)
Organize meet and greet with supervisors and trainers
Manage first day agenda
Timekeeping management for first week
Ensure all employees have login information
New hire paperwork/documents (boot vouchers, site map, handouts, etc.)
New
Hire Engagement - Post Day 1
HR Direct set up
Badges
New employee surveys
Day 3 check-in with new hires
Work cell set up in Oracle
Site and Employee
Engagement
Facilitate day 30 check in with leadership team & new hires
Daily Gemba walks (50% of time out on floor)
Support required trainings (Code Key Training, Data Privacy, Unconscious Bias, etc.)
Drive recognition programs (Bravo, site specific R&R programs)
Drive actions that come from employee surveys
Help coach and support employees with HR Direct needs
Support supervisors in moderating employee conflicts on the floor if necessary
Drive solutions to site-wide employee concerns
Partner
with Production Leaders
Partner with supervisors on OJT matrixes to improve tracking and accountability
Partner with supervisors on development of engagement activities
Provide weekly metrics (new hire feedback, actions to improve, attrition metrics)
Observe production/trainings and drive employee experience improvements
Monthly skip levels with employees
Manage
Employee Data
Support employees with W-4 and direct deposit set up
Assign employees to cell/supervisor by end of week 2
