You’ll lead a team of managers, designers, and researchers to create better experiences for our customers.
The UX Director is adept at leading multiple lines of business with many programs. The role defines design solutions and solves user problems in collaboration with their team setting an example for best practices in user experience.
The role includes facilitating continuous improvement of our design process and expanding the profile of Honeywell as a leader in experience design by creating world class solutions. You will assist in developing new business as well as advocating for our approach with partners and customers.

AS A UX DIRECTOR, YOU WILL:
- Manage mentor and develop the abilities of a team of managers, designers and researchers who support our SaaS and EPM operations.
- Defining and develop the vision for innovative new solutions, unifying partners, and solving some of our biggest challenges.
- Interview hire and retain UX talent.
- Collaborate with peers from other parts of the business to identify connection points and build out a holistic understanding of different user types and their needs and expectations.
- You reference best practices and design patterns, yet also relish solving complex problems and novel interface challenges.
- Provides team guidance and is a robust knowledge source around human centered design best practices.
- Guide major user experience design projects.
- Can lead by example in creating a positive and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and empathetic discussion.
- Present and communicate at all levels within the organization, including CEO.
