Leading and developing growth programs for a
$500M business, you will find new markets, establish new business models,
manage pricing and margin, lead sales team execution and oversee all parts of
the Honeywell NPI/BTI program management processes. You will work 3 in a box
with technology sales as you lead the overall global strategic growth effort of
the Automotive refrigerant business. Automotive Supplier. You will directly manage 2 Regional
Business Development resources and will spend about 25% of your time in front
of customers. This position is based in our Morris Plains, NJ office. Hybrid
Work Schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all NPI programs for the business driving $75M in program revenue in 2022.
• Build and Lead the strategic growth strategy (STRAP) for the business globally
• Track, manage and report on growth programs at the FP, AM and PMT levels as required
• Build a pipeline of longer-term programs that get the business to $1B in revenue by 2025
• Achieve pricing, VCM, cost and margin achievements on all programs
• Accountable for AOP annual program growth targets
• Develop pricing approaches for all new products/new segments driving max value capture
• Drive all new regulatory, compliance and association advancements allowing sales into new applications
• Work closely with the asset team on supply/demand analyses as well as contribute to future
• Work with co-suppliers as needed to accelerate new product development/introductions
• Lead change
