The Sr. Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, updating, and deploying complex data sets to understand customer behavior, improve the customer experience, and drive adoption of Honeywell’s new digital platforms. The Sr. Data Analyst will also analyze both digital and non-digital data to provide actionable insights and present data-based recommendations and opportunities for driving new growth and efficiencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data analysis and provide insights that improve the customer’s experience through Honeywell’s new digital platform
- Design, implement, and manage data models combining both digital and non-digital data
- Build automated processes ensuring outputs are routinely complete and accurate
- Develop data visualizations and self-service tools
- Understand business needs and build data and analytics solutions to satisfy requirements
- Manage data and analytics projects, delivering results in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate business insights and findings with management
