Lead a global Project Planning and Control (PP&C) team in delivering exceptional value to our customers and organization. Responsible for uniform and consistent deployment of Project Control processes globally and driving key metrics of Project Controls like estimate of completion, deviations, change orders, reviews, forecasting and unbilled receivables. Support Honeywell business and program management leaders to ensure data integrity by enforcing compliance to management operating system and processes. The Global Director actively collaborates with the Line of Business global leaders and finance teams to implement the organization, work processes, data structures and technology required to drive project and portfolio management excellence in support of the IGS Project Management Organization’s goals. You will develop employees and manage performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Analysis and Control – Analyzing Inception to Date (ITD) costs and open commitments and updating the Estimate to Complete
- Cost Forecast/ EAC Analysis
- Scheduling and Planning Gating Status reviews/compliance
- Progress Measurement – Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
- Change order tracking including Unpriced Change Orders or Claims
- Risk & Opportunity and Contingency Assessment
- Independent assessment of installation progress through site visits
- Support Program Management Office to deploy consistent project processes including Planview
- Drive change
