We are looking for a Director Program Manager for Supply Chain Planning & Systems who will manage an Enterprise wide, multi-year deployment of Best-in-Class Supply Chain Planning System of Record (SOR) across 5 Business Groups, 250 physical sites, and over $35B of revenue as one of ISC top 5 priorities. Part of the Corporate Planning Center of Excellence (COE), this role will evolve into the Leader of the Planning Center of Excellence.
Ideal candidates will have a track record of operational improvement at large companies recognized as best-in-class in discrete manufacturing and supply chain management. They must also demonstrate a hands-on, low ego, energetic, accountable, and hardworking management style. It is paramount that candidates be capable of driving change management initiatives and influencing broad organizations. The successful candidate should have a customer-focused approach to operations management which supports growth and innovation with a focus on enhanced communication and cooperation. He/she should enjoy being measured and take pride in their personal impact on a company’s bottom line. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of exercising sound judgment with a track record of successfully managing people and processes. They should be able to show demonstrated success in supply chain systems and planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate a complex, matrixed deployment during the design, build, train, deploy, and hypercare phases across IT, Data Management, Learning Academy, Demand, Supply, Production, and Procurement functions
- Responsible for the deployment roadmap, functional enhancements, and business support
- Drive change and transform Honeywell’s planning mindset, spearhead Honeywell’s digital journey in Supply Chain Planning, and thrive in highly complex manufacturing planning environments
- Drive systems and process architecture and design, while working in collaboration with Information Technology
