The IT Project Management Specialist will manage and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will lead coordinating efforts between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules, and review status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will establish mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines, develops, and implements the digital customer touchpoint strategy for OEM and End User customer types driving long-term profitability and increased levels of customer satisfaction through our online channels.
- Accountable for creating end-to-end digital customer experiences differentiated by OEM and End User personas.
- Defines and executes roadmap that meets or exceeds annual operation plan (AOP) for OEM and End User KPI’s revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and transaction deflection.
- Manages overall eCommerce project plan and continuously grooms use cases to meet sprint deadlines to ensure continuous improvement while remaining within budget.
