Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) is looking for an inspirational and experienced Pharma Vertical Offering Management Director to lead the next phase of innovation for our Pharma vertical solution portfolio. This role will be based in our Atlanta office, reporting directly to the Vertical Markets Offering Management Leader.
We heard from our Pharma vertical customers that they loved co-creating new solutions with Honeywell that address their mission critical needs; so we created a Pharma Vertical dedicated team (from sales, marketing, and R&D), and a vertical specialized solutions architecture to solve our Pharma vertical customer most important challenges.
The incoming Pharma vertical Offering Management Director for Honeywell Building Technology will lead the complex and cross-functional effort of launching these vertical specific solutions. You will be expected to conceive, design and prioritize the components of the solution based on your expertise and understanding of the Pharma vertical market trends, needs and competition landscape. You will own your Pharma vertical solutions completely, be willing to take bold actions rather than settling for incremental improvement and build influential relations with our ecosystem partners and key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop amazing solution ideas and roadmaps; build shared vision and alignment across teams (sales, R&D, operations, services), and senior stakeholders, including the Leadership and Executive team
- Understand the company’s strategic and competitive position and utilize these insights to deliver best in class solutions
- Question customer behavior and use data to find answers in order to share compelling narratives about what problems our solutions solve
- Be the champion and subject matter expert of specific customer journeys and own a business portfolio
- Own the Agile development process from concept to cash
- Identify and evaluate key partnerships with external vendors and negotiate term sheets
- Work with technology teams in doing detailed analysis of the system architecture including analysis of APIs
- Prepare functional and technical specifications, while conducting gap analysis of as-is and to-be states.
- Work with UX and Development teams in designing user interaction prototypes
- Define Key Performance Indicators for the business and conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Build a Go to Market strategy in conjunction with Sales, Public Relations, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Build robust marketing plans and track the performance and optimize as needed.
- Continuously work on optimizing the customer journey funnel – market reach and adoption rates for the owned Pharma Vertical solutions
