Lead, direct and set the strategy for the product offering management activities for UOP’s core Services business in Lifecycle Solutions & Technology. You will own the end-to-end core Services lines of business, including Field Services, Retainer Service Agreements, Inspection Services, Supplemental and Miscellaneous Services. You will be accountable for Retainer Service Agreement offerings, setting all core Service pricing, and setting the strategy for the digital transformation of UOP’s service provisioning. While reporting to the Sr. Director for Services growth, you will partner closely with Offering Managers for Connected Services, Performance Solutions, and Connected Competency to deliver value to customer and drive service growth through new business models.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the AOP for revenues and margins
- Develop and deploy strategic & tactical plans
- Develop, manage, and execute service offering roadmaps
- Develop business plans and justifications for service staffing
- Drive innovation in core service delivery through digital solutions to enable TS teams
- Work in close cooperation with the GM and the global pricing team to define the right strategic pricing targets
- Conduct VOC to develop and demonstrate strong understanding of the customer’s business and identify how UOP Service is delivering value to customers
- Active participation in customer conferences, technical exchange meetings, steering teams, presentations, and other customer events to reinforce the value propositions for UOP Services.
