We have an opportunity for a Senior Offering Management Specialist (Sr Product Management Associate) role to join our Advanced Materials department in Morris Plains, NJ. Advanced Materials is a global supplier of fluorine products, fine chemicals, additives, metals, films and fibers for products including pharmaceuticals, refrigeration, semiconductors and military protection. In this role you would be working closely with marketing communications, strategic marketing, R&D, procurement, supply chain, Field Sales organization, customer care, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the business today and in the future.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and managing product and portfolio management activities for product line(s) sold globally within the Honeywell Fine Chemicals business
• Working with the team to identify, document and execute a growth strategy for the product line(s) in addition to driving productivity & portfolio improvements
• Focus on Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics, and competitive dynamics
• Develop offerings for each target segment and define the go-to-market approach including channel, positioning, and pricing
• Portfolio and product life cycle management, including new launches and consolidation
• Productivity improvements, in collaboration with procurement and supply chain
• Consensus global demand review for assigned portfolio
• Cross-functional project management and reporting
