Honeywell Building Technology is a $2.2B business unit within the larger Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) group. HBS is a leading global system integrator with access to a diversified portfolio of market leading products, solutions and platforms to meet the building automation, life safety, security and energy management needs of our customers. HBS installs, integrates and maintains the systems that keep facilities safe, secure, comfortable, productive and energy efficient.
HBT has an exciting opportunity for a Global Offer Manager role that will be responsible for the turnkey management of the Security portfolio of offerings. Direct responsibilities include managing the Security portfolio strategy for the HBS business, offer development in collaboration with the HBT Commercial Security product business unit, launch planning, launch execution and being accountable for the portfolio financial performance.
The Global Offer Manager for Security is expected to:
- Develop and manage innovative portfolio strategy, roadmap and market launch plans for the assigned portfolio.
- Continuously track the financial performance of the Security offerings and ensure the portfolio performance is meeting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments.
- Proactively communicate the HBS channel needs and coordinate NPI development with the Honeywell Commercial Security product business unit and other strategic suppliers. In the process, manage the channel Market Requirements Document (MRD) to ensure the needs of the HBS customers are incorporated into the product business unit roadmaps.
- Be the face of the Security portfolio to the HBS vertical Offer Management, field sales, solution advisor, technical support and regional marketing teams. And take accountability for the key NPI launch activities and other portfolio lifecycle management processes.
- Support the marketing Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Field Sales (VoFS) process and ensure that this data drives product business unit roadmap, priorities and strategies.
- Develop and communicate competitive analysis, including market fit analysis, benchmarking capabilities and pricing, and be the focal point for inquires on competitive strategies, leading webinars, and publishing trade articles and white papers on competitive position.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communication (MarCom) to develop customer facing collaterals, offer briefs, customer case studies and other sales enablement materials.
- Actively participate in industry organizations, deliver talks at marketing events, take part in panel discussions, and publish trade articles/blogs to promote Honeywell solutions.
- Support trade shows, road shows, sales meetings and other events.
