Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager position is responsible for the on-going development, implementation, and administration of talent acquisition programs and processes at Honeywell FM&T. The role will be responsible for a variety of programs to include new employee orientation, relocation and onboarding.
Job Duties:
The TA Programs Manager will be responsible for:
- Manages the consistent application, implementation and communication of the company's New Employee Orientation program and processes, including design, philosophy, content, leadership led presentations and onboarding communications for new hires across the entire business
- Leads partnership with HRIS to ensure our onboarding practices enable accuracy in development of new employee records, and related processes in engagement of Medical for drug screening and Personnel Security for security clearance processes
- Identifies and implements continuous improvements to efficiently enhance the organization's ability to attract, motivate and effectively onboard key talent including leadership of a tier meeting with our Sourceright partners to regularly assess progress and performance
- Partners across HR, leaders within the business and in Honeywell, and with our NNSA customer to identify and drive program excellence and effective communication including Prime Contract deliverables related to our relocation programs (includes Residencies, Tech Fellows, and Weapons Intern Programs)
- Provides relocation program expertise and guidance to HR and business leaders to support recruiting, organizational development, and business needs
- Designs and maintains Hiring Toolkit online portal, organizes broad array of tools, templates, and guides designed to ensure compliance and user-friendly experience for all Hiring Managers, interview panel members, HRG’s and all others involved in hiring process
