Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility will be to support tooling requirements with regards to production stamping dies within the Fabrication Value Stream.
- Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair tasks across a wide range of dies with varying complexity across various departments.
- Conceptualize, implement, and document continuous improvement solutions related to specific tooling supported, safety, and departmental productivity.
- Responsible for interfacing with engineering and production personnel to implement cost-effective solutions which meet our customer’s requirements in regards to quality and minimal downtime.
- Responsible for following established departmental practices and interfacing with stamping support coordinator to insure workload is completed according to the critical needs of the business.
- Additional tasks include fabrication of replacement tooling, fixturing, and continuous improvement solutions in support of all ISC production tooling and equipment as needed.
