POSITION SUMMARY :

To support regional sales objectives by effectively merchandising and servicing assigned accounts, ensuring product availability, proper displays, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. This role involves traveling between various retail locations using your personal vehicle to execute merchandising tasks, stock products, and perform other related duties as required to meet sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following are general duties employees in this position may perform. Actual responsibilities may vary.

  • Clean shelving, rotate products, and verify shelf prices.
  • Build and maintain promotional displays per company standards.
  • Stock and merchandise coolers, vendors, and racks during visits (if applicable).
  • Service assigned accounts as scheduled and build strong rapport.
  • Manage and rotate back-stock inventory where applicable.
  • Collect and organize damaged products in designated areas.
  • Report customer requests to your supervisor.
  • Attend meetings, participate actively, and complete required training.
  • Follow all company and customer safety policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE :

  • At least two years of experience in merchandising, sales, or customer service, with a strong focus on
  • interacting with the public.
  • Skilled in using office equipment, including computers, phones, fax machines, smart devices, copiers,
  • and calculators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (Preferred).
  • EDUCATION :

    High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    REQUIRE / BACKGROUND :

  • Pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Own a vehicle with valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proof of valid car insurance, including the declarations page.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 90 days of employment.  Five (5) days of sick leave; one (1) week of vacation after

    a year of service, seven (7) Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
