POSITION SUMMARY :
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency by performing various tasks related to the receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of products. This position ensures that inventory is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled on time, and safety and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and operating equipment as needed. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The following responsibilities represent the general duties associated with this position. Actual duties may vary depending on the specific requirements of the role.
- Select and load required cases of product onto pallets accurately.
- Deliver completed orders to designated loading areas.
- Review order specifications to ensure case counts are correct.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move products, shells, and pallets within the warehouse as needed.
- Perform general warehousing tasks, including dock loading / unloading, production forklift operations, truck stripping, replenishing inventory, recycling, repacking, and general cleaning.
- Operate large warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company certification requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in loading areas by disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Canada Dry a competitive salary of $25 (hourly rate based on role in CBA) per hour with opportunity for overtime and holiday premium pay. Excellent benefits which include
medical, dental and vision.Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Five (5) days of sick leave; one (1) week of vacation after
a year of service, seven (7) Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
