Job Responsibilities
- Vineyard Activities:
- Maturity sampling at various locations
- Vine-status testing on estate vines, including tissue sampling, assay performance, and data collection and recording
- Laboratory Activities:
- Basic lab analysis on juice and wine
- Daily fermentation monitoring
- Winemaking and Cellar Activities:
- Assist with grape receiving and processing
- Barrel work, including topping and racking
- Racking juice and wine
- Inoculating juice
- Additions to fermentations and wine
- Cleaning and sanitation of winery equipment and facilities
