In addition to Detroit, we have offices in Bloomfield Hills, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Washington D.C., and Chicago, IL. The IT Integration Specialist, reporting to the Senior Applications Manager, is responsible for managing and optimizing data within our IT systems, with a particular focus on leveraging the Intapp IIS (Boomi) integration platform to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our administrative and legal practices to understand their IT needs and provide support focused on integrating and managing various software applications to ensure smooth data flow and eliminate duplication of data and manual processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Intapp IIS (Boomi) platform
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Intapp IIS (Boomi) integration processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of applications and efficient data flow across the organization.
Technical Support / Other
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intapp IIS (Boomi) related issues.
- Assist professionals with IT-related queries and problems.
- Analyze and document firm processes from beginning to end, develop documentation and recommend efficiencies and improvements.
- Additional IT responsibilities as needed.
Project Management
- Manage IT projects related to system upgrades, new software implementations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and develop IT solutions accordingly.
Data Management
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and security of on-prem and cloud products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Intapp IIS (Boomi) integration platform.
- Familiarity with legal IT systems and software.
- Proven ability to create efficient programming flows and coding.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including experience in mapping and documenting process flows.
- Experience with API calls and usage.
- Experience with database concepts and SQL server syntax.
Problem-Solving
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address complex IT challenges.
Communication
- Excellent communication skills to interact with legal professionals and understand their IT needs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate level of discretion.
Project Management
- Experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field and 3-5 years programming experience.
- In lieu of degree a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience is preferred.
- Boomi Integration Developer Certification.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Honigman provides a generous total compensation package, which includes comprehensive health and well-being benefits, as well as 401k and profit sharing. The anticipated annual pay range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000. The actual offered pay rate will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity considerations.
