We are seeking an experienced tax professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and leading a team towards excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and supervising tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards
- Leading a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Developing and implementing tax strategies that optimize client outcomes and minimize tax liabilities
- Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Staying abreast of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and imparting this knowledge to the team and clients
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our tax practice, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance guidance.
Requires:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
- Experienced in reviewing individual and entity returns
- Strong technical expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
