Our business development team is seeking a coordinator to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities may include :

  • Keeping detailed records of activity and communication within our customer relationship management system
  • Assisting with proposal and engagement development
  • Communicating with business leads to set appointments
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments using Salesforce
  • Following up with designated sales team members on appointments
  • Qualifying and following up on inbound inquires
  • Assisting with administrative projects, as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated skills in communication, organization and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
  • Prior experience in an administrative role or equivalent training / education
