We are now hiring for our Wailea and Whaler's Village stores!
IDEAL CANDIDATE : We’re looking for a Sales Associates with Full-time and Part-time availability.

KEY FUNCTIONS
- Ability to connect with customers and share the spirit of Aloha with our world class products and experiences.
- Fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration among team members by building an employee culture that is aligned with HCC Values and operating principles. Ensures all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully
- Meet and exceed the company’s service standards and sales goals on a consistent basis by promoting and suggesting sales opportunities
- Spend time on the selling floor helping customers with needs and enhancing their shopping experience through product knowledge and customer service
- Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established register and cash handling policies and procedures
