Under the general supervision of the Chief of the Short-Term Rental Enforcement Branch, assists with processes relating to short-term rental registration, investigations, report writing, testifying, and enforcement to ensure that land use is in compliance with zoning regulations and relevant City and County of Honolulu ordinances. Reviews applications for accuracy and compliance with short-term rental and zoning ordinances, prepares notices of violations, notices of orders, and other documents.
