Position Title: Compliance and Vendor Management Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance and Vendor Management Officer to join our team and ensure our operations comply with all regulations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal and state banking laws and regulations.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Coordinate compliance training and audits, providing updates to the Board of Directors.
- Manage vendor relationships, including due diligence, performance evaluations, and contract monitoring.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and provide guidance to management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (6 months of related experience preferred).
- Strong skills in compliance oversight, vendor management, and regulatory interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with banking systems and software is a plus.
