Job Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? Honor Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their financial needs, educating them on our products and services, and providing a personalized banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner via in-person, phone, email, or drive-thru interactions.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns by analyzing their needs and offering the best options.
- Educate customers on Honor Bank’s products and services and make referrals to appropriate team members or departments.
- Drive sales through excellent service and meet referral and sales goals.
Operational Support:
- Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with banking regulations (BSA, CIP, OFAC, etc.).
- Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and vaults; order and manage branch supplies.
Administrative Duties:
- Create and format letters, memos, and other professional documents as needed.
- Address correction emails for un-postables, chargebacks, and cash items within the same business day (goal: before 10/11 a.m.).
- Proactively maintain the branch email inbox and respond to communications promptly.
Flexibility and Travel:
- Travel to other branches as needed to provide support due to scheduled PTO or unexpected staffing needs.

- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures is a plus but not required.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
