✅ Manage the bid process – Source opportunities, prepare and submit proposals, and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
✅ Develop pricing strategies – Conduct market research, analyze competitive pricing, and ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions.
✅ Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales, procurement, finance, and logistics to align bids with company goals and customer needs.
✅ Enhance processes – Identify ways to improve bid accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
✅ Stay ahead of the industry – Keep up with food procurement trends, regulatory requirements, and government contracts.
🔹 What You’ll Bring
🔹 1-3 years of experience in bid coordination, pricing analysis, or a related role.
🔹 A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
🔹 Experience in food distribution, logistics, or procurement is a plus!
🔹 Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing structures and market trends.
🔹 High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills—both written and verbal.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and bid management software.
