About Us : Join our team at Honor GMC, a thriving GMC dealership in National City, CA. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Used Car Sales Desk Manager and Finance Producer to help take our store to the next level. We are looking for the best of the best-professionals who are driven, experienced, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Management :

Lead and train the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Effectively desk deals and manage inventory using V-Auto.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and maximize profits.
  • Close deals in person and work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay proactive and hands-on-must be willing to leave the desk to secure deals.
  • Train Sales Staff
  • Finance Management :

    • Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers.

  • Work with lenders to secure competitive financing options.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and process paperwork efficiently.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience is a MUST in used car sales management and finance.
  • Strong understanding of V-Auto and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High-energy, goal-oriented, and team-driven mindset.

    • Pay : $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (based on experience and performance)
