Must live in San Diego or neighboring counties to be considered.
People skills (Client interaction, Court interaction, Third-party interaction w/witnesses, opposing counsel).
Excellent self-management and time management skills.
Able to work as a cohesive member of a highly functioning team.
Attention to Detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, neat, friendly, and professionally presentable.
Impeccable personal & professional integrity.
Good Spelling skills and grammar proficiency.
Valid California Driver’s license and full coverage insurance.

Complete basic legal forms
Propound and Respond to Discovery
Request for Order pleadings
Deposition preparation
Meet and confer letters
General Apps: WORD, Dropbox, Zoom, Nitro Pro, Adobe Pro and MS Teams
Legal Apps: My Case, Thomson Reuters (for judicial council forms), X-spouse, and Propertizer.
SCHEDULE/HOURS
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-1
Paid 1⁄2 hour lunch 2 fifteen-minute breaks M-Th.
Pay commensurate with experience
BENEFITS: Paid court holidays, paid vacation and PTO, health insurance. Office closed for 2 weeks at the end of each year.
REFERENCES and WRITING SAMPLES required.
