POSITION/TITLE: Inventory and Courier Associate
SUPERVISED BY: Finance Director
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the general supervision of the Finance Director, the Inventory and Courier Associate (ICA) will manage the day-to-day inventory control responsibilities in an effort to provide support to the programs of the Agency. The Inventory and Courier Associate will manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of items between locations. The role combines inventory management with courier services, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across departments and timely deliveries, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the Agency. The ICA must maintain high ethical standards and hold others accountable for the same. Adheres to safety regulations and company policies regarding inventory and transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

1. High School Diploma or GED; two years’ experience in inventory and/or receiving a plus
2. Must have and maintain a valid NYS driver’s license.
3. Ability to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work with residents and staff.
4. Must be organized and detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities (friendly, courteous, helpful, ability to work as part of a team).
5. Must be proficient in basic office computer software (Word, Excel, etc.)
6. Must be able to twist, squat and bend into different positions frequently; stand for several hours; lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds.
7. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
