We are seeking a licensed RN to support our Network Float Pool, Supervisor opportunity.
The Network Float Pool is a division of HonorHealth and supports the Inter-Campus Floating. The role is mostly administrative (timecards, scheduling, filing, coaching, tracking of licenses/compliance, etc). Supervisors work out of the 50 E Dunlap building on JCL’s campus 4 out of the 5 days/week.

HonorHealth is a non-profit, local community healthcare system serving an area of 1.6 million people in the greater Phoenix area. Responsibilities
Job Summary
Maintains 24-hour accountability for leading and managing the Network Float Pool staff to provide flexible staffing support for multiple acute care and outpatient settings. Responsible and accountable for program development/implementation, setting expectations, strategy, goals and assists with ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Leads and directs ongoing evaluations of the Network Float Pool staff and scheduling operations within the department to ensure optimal levels of efficiency to meet the demands of the network.
Oversee the staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Ensure compliance with all policies, financial stewardship by being accountable for the financial integrity around development and maintenance of department budget.
Develops, and is accountable for, the operation of the Network Nursing Float Pool functions. Enhances this operation with technology and alignment of strategies to centralize and efficiently use Float Pool resources. Uses high quality outcome measures to drive operational success and deploys tools that measure productivity and utilization of resources and coordinates efforts to distribute reports and data that improve performance.
Works with network leadership to establish evidence-based approaches to high-quality patient care delivery within established productivity standards. Builds resources available through supplemental staffing approaches for all areas of clinical care and services.
Fosters collaborative partnerships with other department managers, clinical educators, members of the organization, and the community. Uses evidence-based knowledge in decision-making to improve and maintain high quality cost-effective patient/family centered care.
Promotes an environment that supports clinical excellence by leading and directing the implementation of collaborative practice delivery system that commits to high quality clinical care and services.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Required
Experience
2 years Experience within a healthcare related field Required
Licenses and Certifications
Current Arizona licensure in related field Required
Must obtain a certification in their respective area of expertise within 1 year of hire or promotion date for magnet standards. Required
