Duration: 3 Months contract with possibility of extension or FTE

Location: Remote Role

Shift: Monday to Friday (8:00 to 5:00 pm)

Job Description:

This person ideally has experience with:

• Processing and monitoring background checks (highly preferred DOT background checks).
• Highly organized and motivated to meet the deadline.
• Proficient on a computer and with Excel/MS Office.
• Compliance experience.

Note: No need to have any recruiting experience, open to an office administrator who's managed DOT for a field operations team or something.

Required Skills:

• Collect, process and monitor DOT pre-employment backgrounds.
• Needs to be highly organized, motivated and proficient in Excel/Word.
• Adaptable in learning new systems.
• The tasks performed will be very deadline driven due to a compliance requirement.
