Role : Lead React Developer

Responsibilities include :
- This team is moving towards micro front end architecture
- This group had never had a UI project before, not familiar with the technology stack
- Don't know what they did in the past was necessarily right
- Need someone with experience to guide best practices in React, and work with the lead Architect to get to micro front end architecture
- The concepts are in place, but they need someone to continue to drive independent technology advancements
- Responsibilities mainly fall in the front end, if they get someone with a little bit of full stack experience that is fine
- Preferred for them to have lead experience already, a senior dev with no directs will be a steep learning curve
- Responsible for leading the team, developing their acumen in micro front end technologies, developing a library, building a common framework for UI - micro front end, building the shell for the teams to leverage moving forward
- Not interfacing with stakeholders, mostly with the architecture team, mentoring and coaching, working closely with lead architect
- Build and integrate a common framework, helping with solutions, code reviews
- React testing libraries, overall understanding of what the best approach is
