About This Project :
The Open Credits Process for the Cash Application solution involves automating the initial settlement attempts by matching open invoices using PO numbers, executing settlements, and updating statuses in HighRadius. If no match is found, the process moves to email correspondence to prompt customer responses. It includes automated settlement for aged credits (over 51 days), error handling, and notifications for failures or required human intervention. The solution integrates with existing systems like Need Remit, ensuring consistent processing logic. Out of scope are automatic settlements based on email responses, core modifications to HighRadius or D365 F&O, and manual credit memo processing.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Power Automate Desktop (RPA / UI Flows).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, actions, and triggers for Power Automate.
- Create and manage workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform and related technologies.
