Job Title: RN Surgical Stepdown Unit
Location: Rochester, NY 14621

Duration: 13 weeks contract with extension possibility

Shift: 3X12 or 4x12
Rotation is typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights. will not schedule a day and night back-to-back.

Pay For 36 hrs. - 2,192 Weekly & For 48 hrs. - 2,923 Weekly

Requirements:

• 24 beds comprised of intermediate care and unit-based patients.
• The Intermediate Care patients are any surgical or neuro/neurosurgical patients as well as trauma and any patients needing a higher level of care between unit level and ICU.
• Vascular Surgery Step Down Unit that cares for patients that have undergone vascular surgery such as carotid endarterectomy, fem-pop bypass grafts, amputations, and other surgical services.
• Additionally, this unit functions as an overflow for the MSDU and ventilator/high respiratory need patients.

License/ Certification

• RN License required.
• BLS (AHA)

• NIHSS
